Solution: Before you start the task put an email to your Team leader  keep him in To  and in CC put your team members/colleague  so they will also be informed and aware about the task given by your team leader.

In the main body Type “AS discussed I will be performing specific task and will let you know once it done.

After completing the task Reply to your Team leader with CC: to your manager and team members so the Credit of completing the task will remain with you.

Never ever let your Work Credit should go to other team member or your manager.
